The Big Green Egg is a ceramic Kamado barbecue. Due to the shape and double-walled ceramic, hot air circulates in the Big Green Egg. You can control the temperature accurately with the stainless steel air slide and the cast iron control cap. The Big Green Egg Large is intended for up to 6 people. Due to its larger shape (compared to the Big Green Egg Medium), it is ideal for larger outdoor kitchens more than 300 cm wide. Because the Large comes out quite high above the worktop, we recess it, through the lower surface with a sturdy bracket system. This also makes it nice to install in smaller outdoor kitchens such as the Wallo 150 and Cabin 200 series.
