The Big Green Egg is a ceramic Kamado barbecue. Due to the shape and double-walled ceramic, hot air circulates in the Big Green Egg. You can control the temperature accurately with the stainless steel air slide and the cast iron control cap. The Big Green Egg Medium is intended for up to 4 people. Due to its smaller shape (compared to the Big Green Egg Large), it is ideal for the Wallo 150 and Cabin 200 series. But of course, it also fits in a larger kitchen more than 300 cm wide. We use ceramic feet to keep the Big Green Egg free of the concrete.
